Sustainability training
We offer tailored programmes designed to provide leaders and teams with essential knowledge about corporate sustainability and to encourage effective actions and decision-making.

Sustainability basics
This 1–2 day interactive training for teams is designed to align knowledge around sustainability, deepen understanding of the climate crisis and its impact on business, and strengthen the ability to make decisions based on sustainability principles.

Through a mix of theory and practical exercises, participants will not only explore key concepts and legal requirements, but also analyse real-world examples of both good and bad practices. They’ll engage in discussions on risks, opportunities, and the role of sustainability in the digital age. The training concludes with reflection and individual action planning — what a leader can start changing as early as tomorrow.

Our goal is to equip leaders with essential sustainability knowledge and help them understand how global challenges are becoming both a responsibility and an opportunity for business. We aim to inspire practical action and support leaders in making sustainable decisions as part of their daily management.
Themes
We aim to minimise one-way slide presentations as much as possible — instead, we incorporate discussions, quizzes, creative tasks, gamified elements, and paired or group reflections. This format not only helps participants retain information more effectively, but also fosters team connection and a sense of personal commitment.
