About us
We help organisations engage their employees in sustainability initiatives through interactive trainings, workshops, and strategic support. We believe that meaningful sustainability change in a company starts from within — with people who understand why it matters.

Our methodology
For us, sustainability is not a trend or a marketing tactic — it is a necessity. We value science, which is why our tools are grounded in reliable data, systems thinking, and behavioural psychology. But we believe that real change doesn’t come from dry lectures — it happens through collective action and team engagement. That’s why we design interactive, gamified experiences that not only build understanding but also inspire effective action. We want sustainability to feel not like an imposed obligation, but a meaningful, empowering, and unifying endeavour.
Our team
Our team has many years of experience in the field of sustainability. By combining expertise in climate change, behavioural change, and corporate sustainability, we help clients discover solutions through engaging, gamified learning experiences.
We facilitate in Lithuanian, English and French.

Director
Justina Markevičienė
I believe that the most effective impact isn't imposed from the outside — it emerges from within, through ideas born in creative, collaborative sessions. That’s why I don’t lecture about climate change or the circular economy. Instead, I present knowledge through interactive, game-based learning experiences.
I’ve worked in sustainability for over 15 years — designing community behaviour change programmes and communication campaigns in Scotland, serving as a policy advisor in the UK’s environment and climate ministries, and supporting socially responsible startups in London. For more than five years, I’ve been professionally leading trainings, workshops, and coaching sessions for those seeking to create greater positive impact for the environment and the climate.

Sustainability expert and training facilitator
Vilius
Jorudas
From reducing our individual environmental impact in daily life to developing and implementing a company’s sustainability strategy – all of it brings us closer to creating a better tomorrow for ourselves and those around us.
How do we get there? Why does it matter? What do we need to know? These are exactly the kinds of questions I aim to help answer for both the public and companies navigating the increasingly urgent topic of sustainability.
Drawing from both personal and corporate experience in the field, I invite you to (re)discover the topics of sustainability and climate change – because only by understanding what is happening and why, we can truly begin to change it.

Climate change expert and workshop facilitator
Gintarė Klimienė
My fascination with climate change began in early adolescence, and since then, I’ve come a long way. First by transforming my personal life — growing alongside global changes — and later by integrating everything I’ve discovered on this journey into my professional work.
From geography lessons at school to lectures at Vilnius University and creative projects in collaboration with various organisations, I bring a fresh perspective on climate change wherever I go. I help individuals recognise how climate change relates to their own lives and professional paths.

Education expert and workshop facilitator
As a former teacher and more recently an E-Learning specialist, I highly value pedagogy and education for all. In the summer of 2022, I discovered Climate Fresk, and it was an epiphany for me. By the end of the workshop, I realized just how much our way of living threatened future generations and all the species around us. From that moment on, I decided I wanted to be one of those who "try to make a difference," and I became a Fresk facilitator, making the most out of my pedagogical skills. Since then, I've facilitated numerous workshops in Lithuania and France.

Mission and business model
Our purpose is to spread sustainability knowledge as widely and effectively as possible. We sometimes run workshops for the public or educational institutions at a very low cost or free of charge to ensure sustainability education is accessible to all. It is the bookings from commercial organisations that enable us to offer these public education activities at no cost.
The workshops we facilitate are based on materials developed by international organisations. Around 10% of our income is directed to nonprofit sustainability education initiatives whose mission is to make sustainability knowledge available to as many people as possible.
